I ♥ Fix-it Friday

Another "Fix-it Friday" at I ♥ Faces.

For this version I desaturated and added contrast, then on a new layer I added Gaussian Blur and decreased opacity to 54%. Dodged the catch lights in the eyes to brighten up a bit, close cropped and slightly tilted the photo.

    Very nice! How do you tilt the image? I don't know if I can do that in PSE7, but I would love to know how if I am able to do it!
